Customer satisfaction is a priority at Lumma. We are confident that we offer products and accessories of the highest quality and comfort, and we hope you feel the same. We also realize that there is a learning curve to using any new product, and if you have difficulties or have questions, please contact us before requesting the change with your supplier; we can often offer a solution that will help.

If you have purchased Lumma products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their exchange policy. We cannot accept changes to items purchased through a retailer.
Items purchased directly from Lumma can be exchanged without a time limit, in as-new condition and with their original label. Contact info@lummacrianza.com if you need to modify a product.

Returns to make an exchange for personal reasons must be returned prepaid; We cannot accept cash on delivery. For your protection, we recommend that you return all items through a trackable carrier such as Correo Argentino, OCA and the like. Lumma is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original items are received in Lumma, you will receive an email notification to coordinate the delivery of the new product (the change is sent by the buyer).

Order cancellations: once an order has been shipped to the warehouse and in process, it cannot be canceled.
